OLY GRID ARAMIDE 180 BI-AX HM FRCM SYSTEM  is a FRCM structural reinforcement system compliant with CNR DT 200 R1 / 2013 specific for structural consolidation interventions of reinforced concrete elements, reinforced concrete. prestressed and masonry.

The system consists of a bidirectional net in aramid fiber with a high modulus of elasticity OLY GRID ARAMIDE 180 BI-AX HM with high-resistance, breathable lime-based mortars such as OLY WALL STRUKTURA-F or OLY GROUT MX cementitious mortars

  1. Wet the substrate with water until saturated, taking care to eliminate excess water;
  2. Apply OLY WALL STRUKTURA-F or OLY GROUT MX with a smooth metal trowel about 3 mm thick and drown the OLY GRID ARAMIDE 180 BI-AX HM mesh in it;
  3. Apply a second layer of about 3 mm of OLY WALL STRUKTURA-F or OLY GROUT MX in such a way as to completely cover the mesh, making sure to apply the next layer when the previous one is not yet completely hardened. OLY GRID ARAMIDE 180 BI-AX HM must be applied with 0 ° / 90 ° orientation, with respect to the ground floor or the bedding line of the masonry bricks. Repeat the operation for any subsequent layers;
  4. At the junction points, provide for an overlap of about 10 cm.

The net is available in rolls of 50 ml, with a width of 100 cm.

The mortar is available in 25 kg bags (60×25 – 1500 kg pallets).
